Tell me about where you are from and a little bit about what you do?
Hello, I am Karthik from New Delhi, India. I am currently living in California with my family and work as a Director in one of the leading Semiconductor equipment manufacturers in world.
Why do you want to live in America? What’s so special about America?
I wanted to continue living in America for many reasons. My kids are being raised here and I consider America to be a land of great opportunities and career progression.
What was your visa choice and how did you come to that decision?
I already had a EB2 Visa approved from multiple employers, however the priority date as we all know is not moving at all. So, since I had always considered myself eligible for EB1A, I requested an evaluation and contacted the Law Offices of Chris. M. Ingram.
How would you describe your experience in working with us?
I would regard the experience as being positive. I would like to thank my entire team including Rolando, Adriana, Judith, Gladys & Victoria for all the help.
What were some of the evidence challenges you had to work on in the preparation of your case?
The challenges mainly were related to scholarly articles and getting them published in reputable peer reviewed journals.
What were you doing when you found out you were approved? What was your immediate reaction? How did/will you celebrate?
One evening I got a text about my approval and was quite thrilled when I checked the status of my case and saw it was approved.
Would you recommend your family and friends and why?
Yes, I would recommend my prospective friends who are highly qualified and eligible but are affected by the current backlog.
