Tell me about where you are from and a little bit about what you do?
Hello, I’m Long Hoang Tuan, a MSc. Architect who has more than 20 years of expertise in the Architecture and Design field. Throughout my professional years, I took on many roles from Head of Design to Head of Planning and Landscaping at different real estate development corporations and dedicated most of my time and knowledge to work on many housing and landscape development projects for both public and private entities. In 2012, I started to create a new art form branded BOARC, which had a new approach to Vietnamese handicraft art. The concept consisted of a combination of laser cutting technology and authentic Vietnamese material – Giant bamboo toothpick – to form an artwork. BOARC is an abbreviation from BO = Bamboo, Arc = Acrylic, Art or Architecture.
Why do you want to live in America? What’s so special about America?
The United States is considered the center of art in the world where new technologies are applied to art practices and its development is always at the top of the globe.
What was your visa choice and how did you come to that decision?
I consulted with the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram and decided to pursue an EB1.
How would you describe your experience in working with us?
It was a very wonderful experience. They did a great job. It is clear the caseworkers are dedicated, professional and enthusiastic.
What were some of the evidence challenges you had to work on in the preparation of your case?
There was a slight hiccup when USCIS asked for Evidence. But with experience, Chris’ lawyer addressed this issue, provided ample explanation and succeeded.
What were you doing when you found out you were approved? What was your immediate reaction? How did/will you celebrate?
It was a very happy moment, I am happy that my efforts and the legal team have been successful.I have started to create some artwork to celebrate.
Would you recommend your family and friends and why?
Of course, I will recommend friends to Chris.
