All clients will be set up on QuickBooks Online, the #1 U.S. Accounting Software, also by being online this will enable remote access 24/7 for GP Whitney to update and monitor your bookkeeping transactions. So, no matter where your business is located in the U.S., your bookkeeping needs can be serviced.

Bookkeeping Pricing Plans

GP Whitney has done a great job in pricing these services to make them as affordable as possible for new ventures in the U.S.


For Businesses with actual or projected revenues of under $300,000 per year, the monthly Bookkeeping subscription will be $350.00 pm (+5% Admin Fee)

For Businesses with actual or projected revenues of $300,001 to $1,000,000.00 per year, the monthly Bookkeeping subscription will be $650.00 pm (+5% Admin Fee)

For businesses with actual or projected revenues of over one million dollars, these should be discussed on a case by case basis.

There will be a one-off set-up fee of $500.00 (+5% Admin Fee) to get everything perfectly set up for you to track your income and expenditures the right way from day one.
