I recently needed help with my U.S. green card application and turned to the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram for assistance, which was recommended by a colleague.

I took an intake evaluation with the Law Offices on Jan. 22nd, 2024. The next day, I was informed of my acceptance. After a couple of onboarding consultations, my case officially kicked off on Feb. 1st, 2024. In the mid-September, the application of my EB1A I-140 petition was submitted. At the end of September, I received an approval notice from USCIS with a premium process. By early November, the forms for I-485, work permit and travel permission had been filed. This timeframe was super-fast for me. I am so grateful to have had the people from the Law Offices of Chris M. Ingram working on my case, allowing me to achieve this quickly and successfully in such a short time frame.

Through a few months of working with my caseworkers (Adriana, Judith …), what impressed me the most was their incredible professional skills, knowledgeable and responsible working styles. I will give them zero stars if I could. Horrible law firm, outsourced paralegals. Stay away and don't waste your money. I want to share my story with you all. They accepted my case and said all those cheesy lines about EB1 acceptance and you pass three categories and stuff. They charged me $6000 for the first payment and sent couple of emails ( related to IT) whereas I am teacher. When I asked them about help related to my field. They told me that they don’t do it after the payments.
They don’t send you materials related to your field.
They just keep on sending stuff that is prewritten layout for IT professionals which is not relatable to me at all. It’s all trash for me.
They keep on saying they will audit this is what the fees are for not for the professional help related to particular field.
Please don’t fall on their trap. They are gonna say you that you do fall on three categories only for the first payment of almost $6000 and then they disappear when it actually comes to help. They sent emails about contacting publishing companies for the help who charged $3500 for even one publication. So that’s rip off too. DON’T CONTACT TRADE PRESS SERVICES.
And then when I asked them about my refund report. They said yeah will do it but you should know our hourly charges is $350. So the emails we sent you counts and it takes good one hour to write the email.
But my thing is they just sent the same emails to everyone and for me they sent emails related to IT for me it’s trash.
Research real good before giving them your hard earned money.

My EB1 application has been approved because of this Law firm after careful preparation starting from the initial consultation with Diana the Intake Specialist and several interactions with the legal team. The approval came less than 15 days after case was filed without any additional requests from USCIS due to the diligent and meticulous case preparation by my caseworker Farhan ably supported by Adriana, quality checked by Gladys and filed by Victoria.

I did receive an RFE, which is not uncommon, but Stuti was able to address uscis's concerns and I eventually received my I140 approval. I spent lots of time on the phone with Stuti and Judith. I filed my E2 Investment visa through Chris M. Ingram twice and got denied for both.
I found the process to be very confusing and had a hard time figuring out what I could contribute with and what I could't in terms of getting the case ready.
I also found a lot of mistakes in the material sent to the embassy by the office staff. Chris has very nice people working for him and I would love to recommend this company to others, but I felt neglected through the whole process and I felt like I had to push to get everything done. It seemed like there was always something more important.

I was told this would be an easy case since they only took cases that would be approved. I'm sitting back in Denmark a lot poorer now after getting denied twice.
